Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to delivering your tumblers safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received and will be shipped within the 7-10 business days allowing the tumbler to degas.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • During peak seasons, promotions, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States. Additional shipping fees may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and certain remote locations.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Hopefully in the future.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses
  • Additional shipping fees required for address corrections or reshipment

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If your package is:

  • Lost in transit
  • Marked as delivered but not received
  • Damaged during shipping

 

Please contact the carrier in the event this happens. You package will come with insurance up to $100. 

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, we are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs processing
  • High-volume shipping periods
